- Payment confirmations from our payment providers (we never receive your full card number)
- Whether you would like to hear about our offers
How we use it
To take, prepare, deliver and confirm your order; to keep you safe if you have an allergy; to answer your questions and requests; to keep business and tax records; and, only if you agree, to send you occasional offers. Our lawful bases are: performing our contract with you, our legal obligations (for example tax records), our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, and your consent for offers (which you can withdraw at any time). Allergy and dietary information is used only to prepare your food safely.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 6 years, as UK tax law requires. Messages and enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 2 years. If you ask us to stop sending offers, we stop straight away.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run our business: our website host (Hostinger), our payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal, if you pay by card), email and WhatsApp (Meta) when we contact you, and a delivery driver if your order is delivered. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We never sell your data. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your basket working, keep checkout secure and remember your cookie choice. Payment providers may set their own essential cookies to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add optional analytics, they will only run if you accept them.
